A: In terms of lighting manufacturers, a total of more than 280 exhibitors, the proportion of Chinese enterprises is very high, the number has reached 60, and the exhibition area has increased from 3 to 4 last year。In terms of the exhibition as a whole, there are 1834 exhibitors, and 289 overseas exhibitors。In terms of professional visitors, the overall number is expected to increase from 61,896 last year to 77,000, with the LIGHTING JAPAN audience expected to increase from 14,322 to 16,000。

Q: What are the characteristics of NEPCON JAPAN compared with similar exhibitions in China?

A: There are two main differences。On the one hand,The scale alone,Although NEPCON JAPAN is not as big as NEPCON CHINA,But it gathers the hottest and most advanced technologies and products in the industry,These industry leaders are not only from Japan,There are also a large number of international businesses,This is also why NEPCON JAPAN attracts such a large audience。At the same time, NEPCON JAPAN showcases not only the latest technologies and products in current applications, but also many technologies and products that may be used in the future。

Q: There are a lot of new technologies and products on display this year that are very good, which impresses you?

We show every year, and the biggest highlight of this year's show is the wearable technology and automotive electronics section。Both the exhibition hall and the seminar attracted the attention and participation of many participants, including the media。

The automotive electronics of the West Exhibition Hall is also a newly emerging hot field。Because LIGHTING is already a relatively mature market, most companies show how to transform technology and products on the existing basis。However, emerging industries such as automotive lightweight, wearable, etc., are the most emerging and most interesting topics in the industry。

Q: In the IC process, packaging, testing and other exhibition areas, I also found some relatively small companies, many visitors are interested in their products and technology。How did the organizers get these small businesses out?

A: As the organizer, we will help them promote the technology and products by all means, such as admission tickets, venue maps, exhibition websites and so on。We have the database in hand, the data is also the concern of the enterprise, so we will also communicate with the enterprise, through various ways to pass the enterprise information to the potential customers。

At present, the organizer has not set up a special exhibition area for small enterprises。However, because the participants have such a voice, that is, they can not only see the technology and products of well-known large enterprises, but also want to know the latest technology and products of small enterprises, so we have also introduced many small enterprises to build a platform for communication with the participants。

Q: What is the purpose of combining the three lighting exhibitions?What are the highlights of each?

A. The purpose of the three exhibitions together is to allow the audience to see not only the technology and components, but also the finished products。There are not many simple technical exhibitions or finished product exhibitions, but they can cover the entire LIGHTING industry chain, middle and downstream exhibitions, only LIGHTING JAPAN。

Let's take a look at the seventh Next Generation Lighting technology exhibition, which focuses on technology。In the lighting industry, the biggest issue at present is how to further improve the brightness, so the research around the brightness has become the most fashionable topic。To this end, the organizers specifically set up two new exhibition areas around this issue, namely, the high-brightness technology exhibition area and the optical solutions exhibition area, which accounted for almost half of the exhibition area of the seventh next-generation lighting technology exhibition, and also became the biggest highlight of this exhibition。

The purpose of LIGHTING JAPAN is to reflect the hottest topics in the lighting industry at any time, and not only set up exhibition areas for relevant content, but also support expert speeches and topic discussions。For the fifth LED/OLED lighting exhibition focusing on lighting appliances, the lighting control exhibition area has become the most popular exhibition area, and it seems that the most popular discussion topic at the same time of the exhibition。Coupled with the focus on LIGHTING design, the third Tokyo Lighting design exhibition reflects the concept of fashion lighting, LIGHTING JAPAN basically covers the entire lighting industry chain。

Q: What is the penetration or acceptance of OLeds and OLeds in terms of the Japanese market?

A: LED penetration rate in Japan has reached 90%, which is the highest penetration rate in the world。OLED due to the impact of various factors such as cost, the penetration rate is not so high, but it has been on the rise。

Since last year, the Japanese company KONICA has carried out mass production of OLED, which will reduce the cost of OLED, and will directly drive the popularity of OLED。Therefore, we expect that OLED from next year, the penetration rate will have a more obvious upward trend。However, if it is used in ordinary buildings like leds, it will take at least five years。

Q: Among the OLED manufacturers participating in the exhibition, are there many new manufacturers, or the OLED products launched by the original LED manufacturers?

A: There are not that many OLED exhibitors because the penetration rate is not that high。For enterprises, it is not able to do LED, you can do OLED, small and medium-sized enterprises can not do, only large enterprises like Panasonic, have such strength。

Q: Can you talk about what the organizers have done to ensure the number of exhibitors and the scale of the exhibition?What are some new highlights?

A. The first is the number of people who show up。Attendance is a crucial aspect of an exhibition。Every year, we send a large number of EDM emails, and we also call one by one to invite you to participate in the exhibition。The former Sonobe is taking the lead on this, including me。Some large enterprises at home and abroad, we will also go directly to visit。比如我负责邀请中国大陆一些大企业,例如海尔、TCL等参加展会。South Korea, Taiwan and other countries and regions, there are also relevant colleagues to do such work。As the number of visitors increases, there will be more business opportunities, and exhibitors at home and abroad will gradually recognize our exhibition, and naturally they will continue to gather。

Our footsteps will not only stay in electronics, lighting these aspects。Things like wearables, automotive electronics, etc. have been hot topics recently, so we also held the first one this year。Specifically for the media coverage of wearable and automotive electronics exhibitions, the number of journalists and TV stations at home and abroad reached 1/3 of the entire NEPCON。Therefore, we will organize the most popular topics and the most concerned areas to build such a platform for communication and exchange。

Q: Wearable technology and automotive electronics are the highlights of this year's show, and there are many surprises for attendees。What new plans will the organizer have for NEPCON JAPAN in 2016? Can you tell us?

A: Not at this stage, but it doesn't mean there won't be any in the future。For example, this year's wearable technology exhibition was officially decided to start in July last year, and it only took about five months to invite more than 100 companies to participate。So maybe by June or July, the market has a new hot spot, and we will pay attention to it at any time。At the same time, the scale of wearable technology display will be expanded to three times this year next year, which is one of our goals and plans。
